Initial Site Consultations
- Pre-start site visits to provide budget estimates, programme advice, and sequencing guidance

Intrusive Investigations for Design Teams
We undertake intrusive strip-out works to expose structural elements, enabling architects and structural engineers to carry out detailed surveys, inspections, and design validations.
Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) Surveys
We arrange and manage Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys, ensuring all statutory compliance is met before strip-out begins. We can also support pre-construction information gathering as part of CDM 2015 responsibilities.
Asbestos Removal Management
Where required, we handle the procurement and management of licensed asbestos removal contractors, integrating safe removal within the overall strip-out programme to avoid delays and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines.
M&E Investigation and Isolation
Our team carefully investigates and isolates all mechanical and electrical systems, including:
- Power and lighting circuits
- Water and gas services
- Roof plant and basement plant rooms
We ensure all live services are safely decommissioned or relocated as required before works proceed.
Temporary Utilities
To maintain operational site conditions, we provide the installation of temporary power, lighting, and water supplies. These are maintained throughout the project to support ongoing construction activities.
Lift Dismantling and Removal
We carry out the full dismantling and removal of lift systems, including:
- Lift cars and counterweights
- Hydraulic or traction plant
- Lifting beams in roof spaces and basement plant areas
Removal of Fixtures, Fittings & Finishes
Our teams expertly remove all:
- Loose and fixed furniture, kitchens, WC blocks
- Soft and hard floor finishes
- Partitions, wall linings, raised access floors, and suspended ceilings
All materials are removed back to core structure, ready for redevelopment or further demolition.
