MG Construction Services Ltd was appointed to deliver a comprehensive programme of structural demolition and internal enabling works as part of a major commercial redevelopment project in
Sheffield.
The project involved the safe strip-out of existing internal spaces alongside controlled heavy-duty structural demolition to prepare the building for its next phase of redevelopment. Working within a constrained city-centre environment, our team delivered the works through detailed planning, robust health and safety management, and close coordination with the client and neighbouring stakeholders.
Project scope
- Full soft strip-out of internal finishes, fixtures, fittings and redundant building elements
- Removal of non-loadbearing partitions and suspended ceiling systems
