MG Construction Services Ltd was appointed to deliver a £2.4 million multidisciplinary construction package for the NCC Norfolk redevelopment project, providing a comprehensive range of demolition, enabling, civil engineering and refurbishment works.
Delivered within a live operational environment, the project required careful planning, phased execution and close coordination between multiple workstreams to ensure safe delivery while maintaining access to neighbouring occupied buildings. Our integrated approach enabled the project to progress efficiently, meeting demanding programme requirements without compromising safety or quality.
Project scope
MG Construction Services Ltd provided a complete package of enabling, structural and infrastructure works, including:
Groundworks
- Bulk excavation and site preparation
- Foundation excavation and formation

Soft Strip-Out
- Internal strip-out of finishes, fixtures and fittings
