MG Construction Services Ltd was appointed to deliver a comprehensive multi-trade enabling works package for the redevelopment of The Gracechurch Centre, with a combined contract value of £2.8 million plus VAT, including a £637,000 licensed asbestos removal package.

Project scope

Soft Strip-Out
- Complete removal of internal partitions, suspended ceilings and floor finishes

- Soft strip back to shell condition while preserving structural integrity
Heavy Duty Demolition
