About the Role

MG Construction Services Ltd is seeking a technically capable and organised Construction Project Manager to manage and coordinate construction projects from design development through to completion and handover.

The successful candidate will coordinate design information, consultants, subcontractors and site teams, ensuring that project information is technically compliant, buildable and delivered in accordance with the agreed programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from design development through to completion.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and specialist subcontractor designs.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Manage RFIs, design changes, technical approvals and project documentation.
• Identify and resolve design, buildability and construction interface issues.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets and key deliverables.
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, Building Regulations, health and safety requirements and project standards.
• Attend design, progress and site coordination meetings.
• Support commissioning, completion and project handover.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in construction project management, design management or technical coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and UK construction processes.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
