MG Construction Services Ltd delivered a £520k commercial strip-out and building preparation package at Brighton Marina Casino, completing full internal enabling works to support the next phase of refurbishment.

This project include safe removal of existing finishes and non-structural elements, isolation and coordination of MEP services, and making-good / substrate preparation to achieve a clean, compliant handover.

Works were planned and phased to maintain site safety and operational constraints, with waste managed responsibly and all areas prepared for follow-on trades and fit-out.
