MG CS Construction Services Ltd was appointed to undertake a full internal transformation of the AG Academy in London. We combined soft strip-out and Cat B fit-out services within a live educational setting. The works were delivered under strict logistical, safeguarding, and programme constraints, ensuring safety and minimal disruption to ongoing academic operations.

Scope of Works:

• Soft Strip-Out: Removal of internal finishes, non-structural partitions, ceiling grids, flooring, and redundant MEP services to prepare the space for refurbishment.
• Cat B Fit-Out: Delivery of high-spec interior finishes, including installation of partition systems, new suspended ceilings, LED lighting, flooring, data, and mechanical upgrades to meet modern educational facility standards.

Project Highlights:
