Scope of Works:

  • Groundworks: Excavation, foundation preparation, and installation of substructure utilities to facilitate new construction phases.
  • Façade Works: Structural stabilisation and refurbishment of existing façades with enhanced weatherproofing and architectural continuity.
  • Road Works: Installation of new access routes, kerbing, and surface water drainage infrastructure to support logistics and ongoing site use.
  • Heavy Duty Demolition: Controlled demolition of reinforced structures, including removal of concrete slabs and steel frames using specialist plant.
  • Soft Strip-Out: Careful internal dismantling of non-structural elements, MEP systems, and fixtures while maintaining building integrity.
  • Roof Works: Replacement and upgrading of both pitched and flat roof systems, including thermal insulation and structural steel adjustments.
