MG Construction Services Ltd was appointed to deliver a complex multi-discipline construction package at a key commercial development in Solihull. This project combined structural, groundworks, demolition, façade, and Cat B fit-out elements under one contract, requiring coordinated execution across several phases within a live operational site.
Scope of Works:
- Frame Works: Installation and modification of primary and secondary steel and concrete structural frames, including temporary works and coordination with design changes.
- Ground Works: Excavation, foundation works, drainage, and utility trenching to facilitate structural support and enable services installation.
- Heavy Duty Demolition: Structural dismantling of reinforced elements and removal of slabs and steel components using heavy plant under strict safety controls.
- Façade Works: Retention, alteration, and enhancement of building façades to accommodate architectural upgrades and performance improvements.
- Cat B Fit-Out: High-quality interior fit-out including partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, and final MEP installation to tenant-ready standard.
